Banco Sabadell plans to sell 1,300 properties in two months
Banco Sabadell, like many other banks in Spain, has thousands of repossessed houses and building plots they cannot get rid of in the current economic crisis. Looking to sell as many units of repossessed property as possible, Banco Sabadell has started an aggressive campaign that is valid until the end of this year.
According to the latest news, Banco Sabadell intends to sell 1,300 of their repossessed properties before the end of December 2011. Apparently, fines will be applied to the managers of the offices where no properties are sold.
Despite the fact that Banco Sabadell is making discounts up to 27% on their properties for sale, the current financial situation is making it hard for property to sell.
However, bank repossessed property can become a truly profitable investment opportunity. If you are interested in Spanish repossessed property, please take a look at our listings and request more information without obligation!
